Attorney Ralph Peppard of Omaha; ethical leprechaun

The state of Nebraska presented Ralph E. Peppard with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Ralph guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to carry out contract of employment
• Caused prejudice or damage to client during representation
• Communicated with adverse party
• Threatened adverse party with criminal prosecution

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Ralph by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Ralph practices at 300 South 19^th Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
