Attorney Joyce Funda of Kalispell, MT; cheating loser

The state of New York presented Joyce E. Funda with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo Law School.

The Disciplinary Board found Joyce guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to resolve fee dispute via arbitration as required
• Withdrew from employment w/o refunding unearned fee (cheater)
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to her

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Joyce by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Joyce practices at 239 2^nd Street West in Kalispell, Montana.
