Attorney Brian Miller of Helena, MT; lying defamer

The state of Montana presented Brian J. Miller with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Brain guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Filed meritless (BS) motion to recuse a federal Judge Lovell
• Engaged in reckless disregard as to the truth or falsity concerning the qualification or integrity of Judge Lovell
• Falsely claimed that Judge Lovell altered testimony and created affirmative defenses for the defendants

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.  

And lastly, as one would suspect, Brian and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.mswdlaw.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Brian practices with Morrison Sherwood Wilson and Deola at 401 North Last Chance Gulch in Helena, Montana.
