Attorney Mark Hilario of Billings, MT; slacker, loser

The state of Montana presented Mark S. Hilario with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to meet with client prior to conversion of bankruptcy case
• Failed to amend client bankruptcy schedules to include all her debts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Mark fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.hilariolawfirm.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
