Attorney Joshua Morigeau of Polson, MT; moronic slacker

The state of Montana presented Joshua Morigeau with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana found Joshua guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to have client’s complaint served on defendant
• Failed to regularly communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Joshua by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Joshua practices with McKeon & Morigeau Law PLLC at 201 4^th Avenue East in Polson, Montana.
