Attorney Jack Morris of Helena, MT; moronic loser

The state of Montana presented Jack Hamilton Morris with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana found Jackie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to notify client of mediation matter
  • Failed to competently represent his client [moron]
  • Failed to notify client to attend settlement conference
  • Failed to properly notify client that a motion for summary filed in the case
  • Failed to notify client of scheduled summary judgment hearing
  • Failed to notify client about adverse summary judgment ruling in favor of the defense
  • Failed to notify client of a settlement offer of $30,000.00 made by the defendant
  • Failed to keep client informed of the status of the matter
  • Failed to notify client about appellate briefing filed with the Montana Supreme Court
  • Failed to advise client that his appeal in Supreme Court was unsuccessful
  • Failed to withdraw representation of client when withdrawal was mandatory
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Jackie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Jackie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Jackie practices with the Morris Law Firm PLLC at 15 West 6th Avenue in Helena, Montana.
