Attorney Joby Raines of Marshall, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Joby Jason Raines with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Joby guilty of the following misconduct.

·         Engaged in a conflict of interest

·         Divulged client confidential information

·         Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Joby!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Joby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Joby practices in the Marshall, Missouri area.
