Attorney Efrain Sanchez of Kansas City, MO; ethical goblin

The state of Missouri presented Efrain L. Sanchez with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law. Efrain also received a law license to practice in Illinois in 2003.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Efrain guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit into a client trust account legal fees and expenses that have been paid in advance
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Efrain by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and assessed disciplinary costs of $1,000.

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Efrain practices his brand of law at 11603 Orchard Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
