Attorney Richard Magee of Clayton, MO; ethical dwarf 

The state of Missouri presented Richard Joseph Magee with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear twice in court on client’s behalf in racial and retaliatory employment termination case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Dick fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.mageelawfirmllc.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
