Attorney Brian Zink of Lake St. Louis, MO; liar, Dufus

Brian Zink received his law license from the Missouri Supreme Court in 1993.

While negotiating a more favorable sentencing recommendation from a prosecutor on behalf of his client, Brian lied to the prosecutor by telling him that his client was the godchild of retired football player Terry Bradshaw.

The prosecutor didn’t believe Brian but told him if he could produce a baseball with Bradshaw’s autograph he would consider making the sentencing recommendation.

Subsequently the FBI recorded Brian telling his client he could the felonies she was charged with “taken care of” if she produced a signed baseball.

The Missouri Supreme Court later found Brian guilty of:
  • Making untruthful statements of material fact while being interviewed by the FBI
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud and deceit
  • Conduct prejudicial to the fair administration of justice
As a consequence of his egregious misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary six-month suspension of his law license,

As we speak (ca. March 2012) Brian is practicing law at 11320 Veterans Memorial Parkway in St. Louis.
