Attorney Peter Goss of Kansas City, MO; lying loser

The sate of Kansas presented Peter Edward Goss with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School. Charlie also received a license from the state of Missouri in 1987.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Made misstatements (lied) to others
• Misconduct may have led to injuries being suffered by another
• Lied to client by saying settlement offer had expiration date
• Lied to client by telling her settlement offer

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (May 2015) Pete practices with Wendt Goss PC at 1100 Main Street in Kansas City, Missouri.
