The state of Minnesota presented Richard S. Eskola with a law license in 1980.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick found it acceptable to misappropriated (stole) funds belong to his law firm.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
