Attorney Richard Bosse of Henning, MN; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented Richard Edward Bosse with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio. Richard also received a law license from the State of Florida in 1972.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Richard guilty of the following misconduct.

Knowingly ailed to list certain debts on his Minnesota Bar Admission application
Failed to cooperate with bar investigators (Up Yours, said Dick!)

As one would suspect, Richard was previously disciplined by the Florida Supreme Court for (a) acting carelessly in declaring his assets and preparing bankruptcy schedules. Dick also refused to cooperate with Florida state bar investigators.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Richard by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Richard practices at 303 Douglas Avenue in Henning, Minnesota.

On his self-serving website at www.bosselawoffice.com, Dick doesn’t make any mention of the misconduct he was found guilty of in Florida and Minnesota. Apparently, Dick decided to conceal this relevant information so as to not limit his future victim pool.
