Attorney Kent Strunk of Little Falls, MN; moronic slacker

The state of Minnesota presented Kent Frederick Strunk with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Kent guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to comply with appellate court orders
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Lied to client appeal was pending knowing it had been dismissed
  • Failed to promptly notify client of dismissal of his appeal
  • Knowingly made false statement to ethics investigator (Screw you, said Kent!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Kent practices at 12794 Terrace Lane in Little Falls, Minnesota.
