Attorney David Olson of Wahkon, MN; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota provided David Walton Olson with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in sexual relations with a client

There was no indication that Dave billed his client for the hours he spent screwing her.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
