Attorney Kevin Shoeberg of Woodbury, MN; moronic loser

The state of Minnesota presented Kevin Kenneth Shoeberg with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence in bankruptcy matter (slacker)
• Failed to competently hand client’s divorce case (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to return client’s papers when requested to do so

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
