Attorney David Scattarella of Burtrum, MN; lying loser  

The state of Minnesota presented David L. Scattarella with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Hamline University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide sufficient information to client to allow client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Filed false application to pay filing fees in installments
• Failed to supervise and restrict activities of disbarred attorney
• Filed false statement of compensation on behalf of debtor
• Aided disbarred attorney in the illegal practice of law
• Failed to respond to client phone calls in divorce matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Dave practices at 31263 Enchanted Loop in Burtrum, Minnesota.
