The Attorney Discipline Board found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Mishandled 20 appointed criminal appellate matters
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Doug!)
• Failed to properly communicate with 7 clients
• Failed to timely recognize he was involved in a conflict of interest
• Made a false statement (lied) to ethics investigators
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Doug practices at 13112 Trenton Road in Southgate, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
