The state of Michigan presented Richard K. Gienapp with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Wayne State University School of Law.

 

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #101 found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Convicted in the Livingston Circuit Court of Surveilling an Unclothed Person, a felony
  • Convicted of the misdemeanor offense of False Report of a Misdemeanor

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and was assessed investigative costs in the amount of $856.05.

  • Filed an inaccurate personal history affidavit regarding his reinstatement proceeding
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Committed acts of professional misconduct during reinstatement proceedings
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 179-day suspension of his law license and was assessed investigative costs in the amount of $757.50.
