Attorney Anthony Dell Pelle of Southfield, MI; ethical gnome

The state of Michigan presented Anthony Dell Pelle with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Wayne State University School of Law.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #61 found Tony guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Knowingly failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Tony!)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep clients informed of status of matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Neglected his client’s legal matters
  • Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
  • Order to pay restitution to his victims in the amount of $1,875.00

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license and was assessed investigative costs of $2,102.18.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Tony practices at 17360 West 12 Mile Road in Southfield, Michigan.
