Attorney Erica Cicchelli of Southfield, MI; ethical goblin

The state of Michigan presented Erica Cicchelli with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Michigan State University School of Law.

The Tri-County County Hearing Panel #79 found Erica guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with her personal funds
• Deposited her own funds in a client trust account in an amount more than reasonably necessary to pay financial institution service charges or fees
• Failed to deposit an expense paid in advance into a client trust account and to withdraw the funds only when the expense was incurred

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Erica by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed $1,504.71 in costs.  

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Erica practices with the Cicchelli Law Offices PLLC at 15900 West 10 Mile Road in Southfield, Michigan.
