• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another
• Lied to former law partners
• Failed to notify former employer of receipt of $130,000 settlement check
• Deposited $130,000 check w/o obtaining endorsement of former firm
• Issued $44,000 check to himself from $130,000 settlement
• Misappropriated (stole) funds lawfully belonging to former firm
• Submitted false, inaccurate letter to bank to support request for mortgage

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Ira by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
