The state of Michigan provided Steve Richard Schneider with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Wayne State UniversityLaw School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #55 found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Handled bankruptcy matter w/o failing handle it properly
• Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives
• Failed to assure paralegal’s conduct comported with his professional obligations
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (October 2017), Stevie practices with the Law Offices of Steve Schneider at 209 South Main Street in Almont, Michigan.
