Attorney Adrian Spinks of Southfield, MI; ethical gnome

Th e state of Michigan provided Adrian B. Spinks with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

The Oakland County Hearing Panel “E” found Adrian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a criminal appeal
• Failed to timely file notice of appeal
• Failure to file appeal resulted tin $500 fine assessed by Appeal Court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Adrian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
