Attorney Andrew Stacer of Plymouth, MI; slacker, loser

The state of Michigan provided Andrew D. Stacer with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #22 found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Andy!)
• Failed to initiate any procedures in client immigration matter
• Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives
• Failed to initiate any actions re: client post-judgment divorce matter
• Neglected legal matters entrusted to him
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (May 2018), Andy practices with Stacer PLC at 352 North Main Street in Plymouth, Michigan.
