Attorney David Steingold of Detroit; lying loser

The state of Michigan provided David S. Steingold with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #64 found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Directed employee to notarize affidavit when the affiant had not personally appeared before her
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another
• Counseled another’s conduct that he knew was illegal or fraudulent
• Pursued one or more frivolous claims
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (July 2018), Dave practices with the Law Offices of David S. Steingold PLLC at 400 Monroe Street in Detroit, Michigan.
