Attorney Caroline Bridges of Negaunee, MI; thieving loser

The state of Michigan presented Caroline Bridges with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the Washington University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Caroline guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Charged excessive fee for conservatorship-like services (thief)
  • Failed to advice client basis or rate of her fees prior to withdrawing funds from trust account
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds that client entitled to receive
  • Failed to keep funds separate wherein two or more persons claimed interest in the disputed funds until the matter was resolved
  • Failed to deposit all client funds into trust account
  • Failed to surrender client papers to client after termination

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Caroline by gifting her with a complimentary 180-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Caroline practices with Bridges & Bridges at 701 North Teal Lake Avenue in Negaunee, Michigan.
