Attorney Catherine Wolfe of Honor, MI; ethical gremlin

The state of Michigan provided Catherine L. Wolfe with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Grand Traverse County Hearing Panel # found Marvin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the filings of frivolous pleadings
• Lack of candor with the court
• Engaged in abusive conduct
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain matter to client to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to expedite client litigation 
• Engaged in undignified or discourteous conduct toward the tribunal
• Disrespectful to persons involved in the legal process

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Cathy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Cathy practices with the Law Office of Catherine L. Wolfe PLC in Honor, Michigan.
