Attorney James Hall of Temperance, MI; lying loser

The state of Michigan provided James Hall with a law license in 1988.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #14 found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misused his IOLTA account
• Failed to seek the lawful objectives of his clients through reasonably available means permitted by the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Held funds other than client or third person funds in an IOLTA
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Jimmy practices in Temperance, Michigan.
