Attorney Satch Ejike of Bloomfield Hills, MI; cheating slacker

The state of Michigan provided Satch U. Ejike with a law license in 1998.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #72 found Satch guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Satch!)
• Failed to seek lawful client objectives
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to surrender client file upon termination
• Failed to refund unearned advance fee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Satch by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license, which means his license will be reinstated in October 2016.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Satch will again practice in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit after his license is reinstated.
