Attorney Barry Bess of Southfield, MI; ethical gremlin

The state of Michigan provided Barry R. Bess with a law license in 1970.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #56 found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Barry found it acceptable when he failed to promptly render a full accounting of all funds upon the client’s request.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license, which means his license will be reinstated in October 2016.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Barry will again practice in Southfield, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit after his license is reinstated.
