Attorney Hilary Eriksen of Bear Lake, MI; ethical gremlin 

The state of Michigan presented Hilary A. Eriksen with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School.

The Grand Traverse County Hearing Panel #1 found Hilary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) 
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Hilary!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, or good morals

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Hilary by gifting her with a complimentary 180-day suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Hilary practices at 7702 Lake Street in Bear Lake, Michigan.
