Attorney Susan Byrd of Lynnfield, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Susan Regina Byrd with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Suzie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to conform to conduct rules governing trust accounts
• Failed to reconcile trust account every 60 days
• Failed to keep adequate records of client funds
• Failed to maintain chronological ledger for each client
• Failed to render full accounting to former clients

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Suzie practices at 210 Broadway in Lynnfield, Massachusetts.
