Attorney Joseph Abromovitz of Dedham, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Joseph G. Abromovitz with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the New England University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain adequate and accurate records of office trust account
• Failed to promptly inform client of receipt of $20,000 settlement payment
• Failed to promptly remit proceeds of settlement belonging to client
• Failed to give client accurate accounting of all proceeds received on client’s behalf
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
• Failed to respond to client requests for information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Joey practices with The Law Office of Joseph G. Abromovitz PC at 858 Washington Street in Dedham, Massachusetts.
