Attorney Joseph Arshawsky of Deerfield, MA; convicted felon

The state of California presented Joseph Arshawsky with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Stanford University School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of making terroristic threats, bomb threat under Minnesota law, a felony

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Joey practices with Green Point Global at 5A Adams Court in Deerfield, Massachusetts.
