Attorney Cynthia Cohen of Cambridge, MA; cheerleader for Attorney Misfits

The state of Massachusetts presented Cynthia J. Cohen with a law license in 1975 after she graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Cynthia guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cynthia was a member of a panel that reviewed the egregious thefts of client funds by attorney Douglas Rowe and as to whether he deserved to have his law license reinstated. The misconduct of Mr. Rowe can be found at the URL listed at the end of this article.

After allegedly reviewing the serial thefts involving Mr. Rowe, Cynthia had the chutzpah to vote to reinstate Rowe’s law license.

Apparently, Cynthia is of the opinion that pursuant to the Massachusetts constitution, Doug has an absolutely right to have the opportunity to earn a dishonest living practicing law.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Cynthia practices her brand of law at 16 Milton Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
