Attorney Christopher Engebretson of Boston; cheating loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Christopher David Engebretson with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Duke University Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged and/or collect clearly excessive/illegal fee
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2017) Chris practices at 222 Berkeley Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
