Attorney John Roden of Springfield, MA; ethical elf

The state of Massachusetts presented John R. Roden with a law license in 1989.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly notify Medicare of receipt of funds
• Failed to respond to numerous client calls
• Failed to maintain chronological check register with date/amount of deposits
• Failed to perform reconciliation of trust accounts every six months

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Johnny practices with Roden & Casavant at 115 State Street in Springfield, Massachusetts.
