Attorney Dennis Ryan of Quincy, MA; idiotic liar

The state of Massachusetts presented Dennis M. Ryan with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client re: preparation of tax returns
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to complete administration of estate
• Charged client excessive fee (crook)
• Sought to retain unearned fee after discharge w/o completing work for client
• Failed to remove unearned fees from his IOLTA account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to pay client her share of settlement in timely manner
• Failed to provide client accounting of her settlement funds
• Misrepresented [lied] that he was hold proceeds of $25,000 settlement when he wasn’t
• Lied to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Denny!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Denny practices with the Ryan Law Office at 21 Franklin Street in Quincy, Massachusetts.
