Attorney John Hermina of Laurel, MD; lying loser

The District of Columbia presented John W. Hermina with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the New York Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statements of material fact to a tribunal
• Knowingly disobeyed rules of a tribunal (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Made false statements as to qualifications of a judge
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Johnny practices with the Hermina Law Group at 8327 Cherry Lane in Laurel, Maryland.
