Attorney Nathan Silver II of Bethesda, MD; moronic loser

The District of Columbia Bar presented Nathan I. Silver II with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Emory University Law School.

The DC Court of Appeals found Nate guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
  • Failed to abide by client’s decisions re: objectives of representation
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to consult with client
  • Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
  • Failed to comply with client requests for information
  • Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests
  • Failed to surrender client papers after being fired

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Nate practices in the Bethesda, Maryland area.
