Attorney Ifeolu Fabayo of Silver Spring, MD; ethical misfit

The District of Columbia presented Ifeolu A. Fabayo with a law license in 2008.

The District of Columbia Bar Counsel found Ifeolu guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ifeolu was hired to represent a client in a personal injury matter.

Ifeolu failed to keep, preserve, and produce to Bar Counsel compete records of the client’s settlement funds.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the District of Columbia Bar Counsel punished Ifeolu by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Ifeolu practices with Fabayo & Associates LLC at 8701 Georgia Avenue in Silver Springs, Maryland.
