Attorney Gerald Price Jr. of Cabin John, MD; cheating loser

The state of Maryland presented Gerald Patrick Price Jr.  with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from American University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Gerry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Charged unreasonable fees (cheater)
  • Committed criminal act that reflects adversely on his honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as an attorney
  • Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Gerry pled guilty to one count of assault in the second degree
  • Provided his client with an invoice that he was unable to adequately explain
  • Failed to explain to his client why certain work was charged at different rates
  • Failed to identify who performed some of the services invoiced
  • Failed to substantiate other work to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Gerry practices his so-called brand of law with Exeter Trust at 7945 Macarthur Blvd in Cabin John, Maryland.
