Attorney Jelani James of Olney, MD; cheating loser

The state of Maryland presented Jelani Dale James with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jelani guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly made cash withdrawals from attorney trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Jelani by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly,as one would suspect, Jimmy failed to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.jdjamesassociates.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Jelani practices with JD James & Associates PC at 4604 Brightwood Road in Olney, Maryland.
