Attorney Charles Curtis of Baltimore, MD; lying loser

The state of Maryland presented Charles M. Curtis with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear at his client’s hearing
• When ordered to appear before the Judge to explain his absence, he appeared late and the Court an explanation that was untrue [lied]
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Charlie practices with the Law Office of Charles Curtis PA at 1340 Smith Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland.
