Attorney Keith Timmons of Baltimore, MD; moronic slacker

The state of Maryland presented Keith Eric Timmons with a law license in 2000 after she graduated Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the course of the representation
• Failed to refund a fee that had not been earned (thief)
• Failed to have in effect measures giving reasonable assurance that his non-attorney assistant’s conduct was compatible with his professional obligations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Keith practices with KE Timmons CPA LLC at 326 St. Paul Place in Baltimore, Maryland.
