Attorney Allen Dyer of Ellicott City, MD; ethical troll

The state of Maryland presented Allen Ray Dyer with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Allen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Allen!)
• Acted frivolously for challenging Bar Counsel’s authority to conduct ethics investigations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Allen by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Allen practices with the Law Office of Allen Dyer at 13340 Hunt Ridge Road in Ellicott City, Maryland.
