Attorney Mindy Farber of Bethesda, MD; repeat offender

The state of Maryland presented Mindy Gae Farber with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School. Mindy also received a law license from DC in 1983.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mindy guilty of the following misconduct.

Mindy’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to take timely remedial action re: law firm submission of a bill that exceeded a COMAR capped attorney fee
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Mindy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

Mindy’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Mindy found it acceptable to continue a telephone conversation with an employee of an opposing party after she learned that the party was represented by counsel.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Mindy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Mindy practices with Farber Legal LLC at 10411 Motor City Drive in Bethesda, Maryland.
