Attorney Joseph Glass of Towson, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Joseph E. Glass with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Joey found it acceptable to not adequately communicate the terms of a fee agreement with his client before or within a reasonable time after he was hired.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Dwight punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Joey practices at 303 West Pennsylvania Avenue in Towson, Maryland.
