Attorney Brian Dragon of Slidell, LA; slacker, loser

The state of Louisiana presented Brian A. Dragon (BAD) with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in a conflict of interest involving two or more clients
• Engaged engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Brian practices his brand of law at 506 Robert Blvd in Slidell, Louisiana.
